leather seat covers
I have looked around myself. Dealer installed are Katskinz. That is the company which makes them for Jeep. I have seen kits for do it yourselvers for about $700.
Either quadratech or 4wd is selling a much cheaper leatherette version, but I did not buy them as it appears their sides are fabric, and they go over the seat, cushion and original cloth. Katskinz are fitted on your foam seats, AFTER removing your cloth fabric.
There are a few write ups on the internet on the Katskinz.

Katskinz; @ dealer. If you think you may ever want heated seats they have that option to consider: wish they told me B4 I had put them on, would have done the heat inserts. Live & learn I guess. Cant load pics. w/phone. Am happy w/quality & finish of leather though, would recommend Katskinz brand ::thumbs up:: ;-)

What I liked about the Katzkin covers is that you can choose the leather and stitching in almost any color combination. I won't lie to you, it does take some work to remove the seats, take off the factory covers, install the new covers, and reinstall the seats, but it's definitely worth it when you are done. They really look good, and are much easier to keep clean.
You really don't need any special tools other than hog ring pliers and hog rings (available at Harbor Freight or Sears). The hardest part of the job was getting the headrest covers on. I would strongly recommend using a silicone spray on the factory headrests before slipping/stretching the new covers on. It made things much easier. I'd also suggest doing this project in warm weather or a heated garage as the leather responds better when its warm. BTW - The wrinkles in the leather seats in my pics went away after a few weeks.

Anyone interested in Katzkins stay tuned... I'm trying to become an official vendor if possible on this forum. I'm currently a vendor on a couple other forums and it has created a ton of excitement with 95% of the guys installing their own. I just picked up a 4-door Wrangler today and plan to do an install in the next couple weeks. During the install I will document and snap photos along the way to provide guidance for other members to install their own, this will also include heated seats. Any questions between now and then feel free to PM me.
I have kats in my rubi. I wish I had known about all the options. I got black with rubicon in headrest. They offer ostrich, alligator and elephant prints. They are bad ass. Have seen those around. Tan ostrich center on black with the two tone interior looks sweet. Saw one last year.
