Question LEVELING KIT AND 33's PERFORMANCE

Just trying to narrow down my options,

Does anyone have or know someone who has wheeled with a leveling kit and 33's. By wheeling I mean easy to moderate rock crawling. I will be returning from my deployment soon and will finally get to mod out my jeep and plan taking a family trip to MOAB.

Thanks for the info

Mine worked well during EJS 2011! My skidplates got a workout...
Just stay on 5 and under trails. I will be installing a 3.5" lift for next year.

I run with the TF leveling kit and 33's. I also have RR flat fenders. It works great on trails. Some areas we hit were pretty intense rutted trails and my little 2dr sport kept up with three JKU Rubis. No rubbing. Was pleased!

Default Go for it

I got my leveling kit and 33" Duratracs put on before the topless for tatas ride in August. I was really happy with it. I havent been anywhere (light to medium trails) that I couldn't get through. I think it makes the Jeep look a lot better too.

Not exactly what you are asking for, but I have a TeraFlex leveling kit, BushWacker flat fenders and 35x12.5's. I extended the brake lines and shocks, but did not install extended bumpstops. To date with some decent wheeling behind me, I have not had any rubbing.

About the only issue so far is my stock tail pipe repeatedly gets flattened (almost every trip).

I have a shrockworks mid-length front bumper and stock rear bumper. I am a bit concerned that if I add a winch and when I add a rear bumper / tire carrier that this lift won't be sufficient.

If you know you are going to go larger in the future, I might recommend saving. If you can't wait (like me!) your setup will be fine. You can always trim your fenders if you get any rubbing.

I run a 2" BB and 33's and I have no problem crawling over downed trees and logs on the back roads in Vermont. My factory skid plate got a little love tap once, but that was it.
