Default Leveling-Stock Lift

Does the stock 4 door sahara sit level. If no, what, if anything, have people used to level the ride height without lifting it. Pics would be great. Thanks all.

No stock JK is so out of level that your coffee will spill out when in the cupholders.

I think it depends on how your jeep was optioned. Mine wasn't as bad as others have suggested. Maybe an inch rake, probably less.

Take the front doors off. Front end goes right up.

I noticed the increase in height when I took my doors off. Removing the hard top raised the rear end too.

But seriously, you can add spacers of various heights for a more level stance.

I was speaking tongue in cheek there. The vehicle dynamics are designed to be as is and any perceived 'rake' is strictly a visual aspect which people seem to be obsessed with.
Even a heavier front bumper and winch are going to be counteracted by any weight added to the rear such as passengers/dogs/luggage/tools/trailer tongue.
Jeeps look pretty silly pointing nose up with a load.

So what I'm getting here, is that it isn't that noticeable under stock lift.

Default front rake

thing I just leveled my X with 17'' wheels last week. it had a 1 1/2'' rake from the factory. I ordered 1 3/4 front spring spacers. I left the original spring pads out when I installed them, this gave me a 1 7/16'' lift and leveled her right out. I'm very happy with the result. No alignment was required and the stock length shocks work fine....P.M. me if you want info where to find these 1 3/4 spacers. Gary
