Lift advise
I just got a 07 jk 2 door I am looking to put Skyjackers 3.5" suspension system on it, with 33" 12.50 on it. Would this be a good choice? Will I have to regear the rear end or swap the driveshafts? Is there any thing that I should look out for with this set-up?

I think most people would agree that 3.5 inches of lift is too much for 33s. The tires will look too small for the lift (37s fit with a 4" lift). You can run 33" tires on a stock JK with little to no rubbing. However, with a 12.5" section width you'll need to install 1.5" Spidertrax wheel spacers or you'll rub on the air dam, control arms, sway bars, etc.
You shouldn't need to regear with 33s. And if you did regear you would have to swap the gears in both the front and rear differentials.
With a 3.5" lift, you would have to replace the rear driveshaft eventually. It's best to replace it sooner rather than later in order to avoid an untimely driveshaft failure.
My advice: Just get a 2" BB and 33s and call it good.
