Lift Decisions
I'm going up to 35s from stock and I've narrowed my lift companies to FT and RK, I'm trying to choose between their entry kits and upgrade the LCAs later. I dont plan to go past 3in of lift and I plan on doing the install myself, I have some experience but not alot with jeep suspension more with new body style chevys which has independent front...in regards to the track bar one kit I'm looking at has a bracket which I'm assuming just moves OEM bar

and a kit that has a replacement bar

How much more difficult is the install with the replacement bar? As in how hard is it to adjust and can I do it or does it need to be done with someone that has modded jeep experience? I have access to a full shop and 2 really good GM techs(I'm a F&I director at a chevy dealership) Is the kit with the replacement bar a better option to just go ahead and get so as I do upgrades later it's already done? Also my JK has 80k miles and drives just like it did when it was new is there anything I need to consider and look for with this kind of mileage before and after I lift?
