Default Lift and Gears

Ok, I'm getting ready to order everything for a gear, LSD, and lift install and wanted to make sure I didn't forget anything.

Teraflex 2.5" Coil lift kit
Bilstein 5100 shocks
Synergy front adjustable track bar
AEV control arm relocation bracket
Rugged Ridge exhaust spacer
Teraflex axle bracket
Spidertrax 1.5" wheel spacers
Synergy bolt kit
G2 4.88 ring and pinion
G2 master ring and pinion install kit
Teraflex differential cover
Lubelocker differential gasket
Detroit Trutrac LSD

Did I forget anything that would be needed other than fluids? Is there anything else needed when installing the trutrac? Thank you.

Looks like you have everything pretty well sorted out.

Are you planning on doing the installation on everything yourself? The TruTrac will need to be drilled for D44.

PM us if you would like more details on that or pricing on your list.

What wheels and tires will you be running? If 35s your stock wheels will be fine with the spacers you listed. If 37s those 1.5 spacers will not be enough backspacing on your stock wheels so you may need wheels with less backspacing. I wold also add some type of spare tire carrier to that list as well as c gussets for your axle c's

I'm going with either 315/70r17 duratracs or 315/70r17 pro comp xtreme mt2. I was planning on the teraflex spare tire carrier with the plan of getting the teraflex hd hinged carrier later.

I think I will go with the 4.56 gears for a little better highway driving after reviewing the charts.

The rear end stuff I will have installed, but haven't decided on the lift yet. Why don't they make the trutrac work? It seems that there are enough D44's out there that they could change the bit when they make them so it works.

Here is the reply that we sent to you in the PM you sent us.

It isn't just the TruTrac's that need to be drilled for the D44 it is all aftermarket differentials that will need to be drilled for the D44. The D44 was made with three different ring gear bolt sizes so the differential manufacturers all build them to the smallest bolt size. The JK ring gears come with the middle size (7/16) and the largest size (1/2) in the aftermarket ring gears. We always drill all of the differentials to the 1/2" size.

Is there a bolt kit or what bolts will I need to get for the bigger holes?

The master install kits include the bolts.

Or you could just use the 7/16 holes in the aftermarket ring gear and no drilling would be needed, drilling the true trac is only needed if your reusing your stock gears or if the ones your going to only have 1/2"
