Default Lift and instalation good deal central Jersey

Hello all,

I Just wanna make sure I'm getting a good deal for my money. The $1500 installation includes:
-Roughy country 3.5" series 2 suspension,
-RC 2 sets of 1.5in wheel spacers,
-JK exhaust extension kit
-RC Dual performance steering stabilizer?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Bad deal. The kit should cost no more than 600. With exhaust spacer.
The install should only be 350.
That's assuming $70 per hour rate it should not take more than 4 hours to do.

Steering Stab is a waste of money.
Only run spacers if your using stock wheels.
Rc spacers are not the best that's why they are only $79 a pair.

So there is almost $400 missing might want to think about that.

Labor rate in NC might be $70/hr, but up here it runs more like $110/hr.
Look up the cost of the parts, and ask the installer how many hrs labor he's charging.
Whenever I get an estimate, they tell me how many hrs.

I've looked in to 3 Different shops around maryland and their rates are $80-90 an hour I was getting charged $900-1,400 for an install on a 5.5 rock Krawler long arm kit that's a lot of cutting and welding they even have to take the axles completely out .. Est 24 hour install time

I feel you are over paying on simple items an average joe could install. Than again that's my input.

Order the kit and have a buddy help you do it. I did mine myself took me 6.5 hrs with exhaust extension and steering stab, and a week later did bros took 4.5 to do his with same parts really not to bad of a kit to install. My dad Cherokee with rubicon express was a bigger pain. Had more drilling and cutting and taking apart leaf springs

Lift and exhaust spacers $600 and its an easy Saturday morning DIY install with basic hand tools, floor jack, 2 jack stands and a buddy to help, comes with detailed easy to understand instructions. I'd pass on the dual stab kit and wheel spacers unless your running the stock wheels, if you are then there's better quality spacers out there or use what you saved to buy wheels with the correct back spacing

Hook up with a local group or club, if its anything like around here you'll be able to find someone whose done it a time or two that's willing to help, plus it's a great way to meet new wheeling buddies

Shop is JC Motorsports located in Galloway. He's done a bunch of them and Im getting mine done there this week.
