Put an ad in your local craigslist. Guys here have ads all the time for garage labor, welding, farming, etc.

Usually if you put the call out to other forum members in your area and offer a few bucks -but more importantly beer they'll come running. Scroll down on the home page to The Staging Area in the Water Cooler section and post to the Great Lakes area

Haha, you're a braver man than I. I don't think it's a good idea to put a Jeep on Jack stands on a snow/ice covered inclined driveway and try to work on it in 0 degree weather.

Yeah no one knows the situation better then you. I have been there modifying my other vehicles in a cold zero temperature GARAGE and that was really hard... my hands were frozen my nose running and my camera didnt work cause its designed to shut off below freezing.

Find someone that has a facility it will make a great difference.

This install should not take more than a 2-3 hours if you have the proper tools: a good jack and jack stands most importantly. Most custom shops charge around $75/Hr =/- for shop time so you are probably looking at around $200+ to have in professionally installed. Put a shout out on this site and install it yourself.

With 2.5" of lift you might want to consider front and rear adjustable track bars to re-center your axles.
