Default Lift install price??

Many guess on what an average price would be to install a 2" AEV lift? I'm going to buy one but don't have the resources to do the lift ( don't judge )

Curios what a reasonable price would be so when I ask around I'll know what makes sense.

Thanks!

Get yourself a twelve pack and do it. $450 to $600 is pretty normal.

It was $300 out here for a coil and shock install out here, it should be similar in your area.

I agree with the build party. Get a bunch of like minded folk together and some drinks and get to wrenching on a few rigs. Best way to spend the day other than actually taking it out exploring.

do it yourself. Save the cash, buy something else for the jeep.

Quadra lists a 4-6 hour install time for that lift, so my guess will be ...

The hourly rate at your local shop, times 4 to 6.

Unless they are incompetent, or think you are gullible. In that case, add a few hours.

Shop a few hours away from me quoted me a price of $550 to do an entire MetalCloak 3.5'' Game Changer lift. I thought that was a pretty reasonable price.

See if you can find someone locally who can offer you a place and tools and help to install the lift yourself. Honestly, unless this is just a mall crawler which won't ever be far from a 4x4 shop, you need to do this yourself so that when something breaks 50 or 100 miles from the nearest shop, you have the knowledge to make good decisions. Houston is a big town; I'm sure you can find someone without too much trouble.
