Default Lift Kit

Good morning everyone!

I'm starting to look at economy lift kits to start my Jeep lifting experience. I've been looking at a few different kits, mainly the Rough Country (3.5 or 4), Rubicon Express (3.5) or the Full Traction economy plus (3.0). I'm leaning towards the Full Traction or the Rubicon because they include an adjustable track bar. I know the Rubicon uses cam bolts, and I'd rather not use them, is it possible to use the stock control arms until I can afford adjustable ones? If I go with the Full Traction, what would the ride height end up being? Thank you all so much!

Matt

Out of those three, I would personally go with the Full Traction. Then save up for some adjustable front LCA's

This a a great starter kit and will ride really nice. You can upgrade to adjustable control arms down the road once you can afford them.

The kit sits a little taller than 3".

Here it is on my 2012 with stock wheels and tires

I have the FT kit as well. I used it to replace the low-end kit that the previous owner installed. A very high-quality kit and the ride is great.

Thank you everyone for the input! I have decided to go with the Full Traction kit and purchased through Northridge4x4. I can't wait for it to get here!

Any reason why our kit wasn't considered? It’s the only kit with arms with clevite rubber bushings (so you don’t need cam-bolts), spring correction shims, nitro shocks. Also our axle-side bracket reinforces a factory weakpoint. And from our testing the pitman/bracket combo handled better since the track/drag is close to stock location.

And if you hate it send it back within 60 days for full refund and we offer a lifetime warranty.

Just questions....we are always looking for ways to have a product you guys and gals can't live without.

Thanks,

Ben

I think your products are great but when I decided to put kit in and if I was taking the time to install control arms I'd want to put in Adjustable ones in the first time unless your kit has changed and has adj now

I have your 4in kit, however, I didn't get the one with the lca's. I did get the relocation brackets. The ride quality is great, I have wheeled it several times, not as hard as some, but it has done great. Thanks for a great product with a low cost.
