What type of wheeling? How often? What size tires?

Did you mean "or" suspension lift?

If so, a coil suspension lift rather than spacers every time. Same amount of work, not much more money. You get better action from the taller springs along with more suspension travel.

The exception might be if you just want the Jeep to stand taller in the mall parking lot.
