Before you even look at specific lifts, my suggestion would be to start here:
https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modified-jk-tech-2/modified-tech-faq-answers-questions-every-newbie-has-18617/
Browse through the faq's and get a better idea what all is involved in the different kinds of lifts. Wheel size and backspace issues, tire size, gearing and axle considerations.
Generally just have a little better understanding of what all is involved before you slap on some lift you won't be happy with.

You definitely want to read some threads and visit a few websites before you buy a kit. It sounds like you're looking for an inexpensive budget boost. Those are spacers that fit on top of your factory coils that are usually around 2". If you don't want new shocks, get a kit that also has shock extenders. Extenders are like spacers for your shocks.
As for websites, here's a whole bunch of them:

You should look at the Teraflex 2.5" BB. It is cheap and very well made. plus teraflex has a rep on this site that is super helpful and the best customer service I have seen. If you buy a BB or a body lift you will probably want a coil lift later if you plan on any trail riding. IMHO a great solution is the teraflex 2.5" coil lift. Everyone that has one loves it and it makes the Jeep sit level. It goves 3" in the front and 2" in the rear (about) for an avg. 2.5" that looks awesome on 35s. Plus you can get it a bunch of different ways and upgrade it as your needs change. If you are on a tight budget grab the kit with sock extensions and re-use your shocks until you can afford some upgrade ones. Whatever kit you buy, do the install yourself. With the write ups on this site and just a few basic tools either can be installed easily.
Northridge4x4 has the tera 2.5" bb starting at about $250 and the 2.5" coil lift starting at $430. Both will give you a ride real close towhat you have now. David at northridge also has amazing customer service and will tell you honest info about any lift he offers. good luck, and remember to take phots.
