Default Lift problem

Just installed 2 ome hd lift with jks ajustible track bars. Rides great except when hitting a good size bump in road thatrun across the lane so that both wheels hit it at same time. Feel as if axils shimmy side to side for a few secounds. Adjusted toe out helped some but still shimmys . Whats next? 265 75 r16 with 4.5" of back spacing and new exended sway bar links.

Make sure your track bar is torqued to 125 ft lbs. and check your caster.

I know someone will say it so it might as well be me......make sure and re-check all of your bolts. I assume it didn't do that all all prior to the lift so it shouldn't be a wheel balance problem.

Yep, with the HD kit you went up over 3", right?. If your trackbar is tight, time to look into a set of front Adj Control Arms to set the caster.

Torqued and retorqued. Steering wheel moves little if any on bumps that cause the shimmy. Feels as if comes up through the chassisb it self. Going to order conrol arms tonight which ones ? Like jks but is there stuff quality? Could the track bar be set wrong or flexing 1 -8 of a inch off center measuring of frame.

1/8 of an inch will not cause a problem. If you caster is too low it may cause the shimmy over bumps. JKS makes good control arms as does Currie, TeraFlex, Clayton, and others.

1/8 toe in helped alot after lift it had 3/8 toe in not touched from factory . Psi 32 tires seem to fle x alot . This should not happen . Lt tires need air. 1/2 ton truck 45psi. Could more psi help? I think so but castor i think is key. Should i get uppers and lowers? To correct whheels span and castor or just get the front lowers and rear uppers as said before and why rear upppers and not lowers ? It seam that i would need rear lowers to rotate axel back down and this would level out spring perches.
