Default Lift questions and teraflex

Ok everyone I have been reading a lot of post the last three days on lifts it was down to BDS and Teraflex

I think I now want teraflex to have my baby, my problem is I want to run 37's some day after I can get new axles that I will feel comfortable running, after reading a lot of threads
with the front 30 I not sure I will want to try 37's with it and my luck would be i would put them on and I would end up bending the axle in a pretzel.
as far as off roading it will be a Daily driver with some beach combing for chicks and deer lease to pull out the big deer and hogs.
I have a 4 door so with that I have a few questions.

1. How much total lift will I get with a 3" lift I think I read 4" not sure.

2. How much sag did anyone that has it get after having it on or running aftermarket bumpers and all the goodies?

3. How much Total lift will a 4" give I think I read somewhere it netted 5" not sure again if I'm right..

4. how much sag did you get with 4" lift with all the goodies on it?

5. If the 4" gives 5" of lift will i need drive lines?

I want to get at least one of the two with 4 control arms. maybe later I will buy the other 4.
I plan on putting on a LOD stubby front bumper, more than likely rear also with tire carrier either rotopax's or jerry's not sure yet, with anything else I can stack on it too.
I have a soft top and really don't plan on getting a hard top.

I'm trying to map out my build one step at a time, I want to put the lift on myself or with help if I can find a person with experience that is fairly local. I feel I need to be the doctor
that delivers my new baby to me.

and anyone running the 2.5 lift how much total lift did you gain?

well not sure if you have a 11-12 but as I understand anything over 3' and drivetrain mods and exhaust are required on the 12's now you dont have to upgrade your drive train for 3 inches but, eventually CV problems will arise better to do it right then wait for it to make you do it.

You can run 37's with teraflex 4 inch flex arm kit that comes with just the lowers that you refered to but, dont forget the draglink flipkit, exhaust spacer and Heavy duty front track bar, then a steering stabilizer high steer all should all be added to that kit. if your really gonna do 37's

I have had teraflex 4" LCg running 37s Didn't notice the sag from bumpers and hardtop so it's not enough to tell/see. I've had lift for almost 1 year no problems here. And yes with 4" you need diff driveshafts and I would say yes in 3" due to seeing someone's factory cv shaft demolished and from what I hear he almost lost the jeep. I was told after while rubber in factory axle is mashed out due to angle and at 65-70 mph the metal welds together and I seen the shaft with my own eyes and not good at all.
