Default Lift/Suspension Identification

Cross post below from my New Registry post! Looking for help identifying the lift kit/suspension on my 2012 JK. Fairly new to me, but someone did mods previously. I tried contacting the company (stickers on suspension) but they said they never worked on this particular Jeep and I cannot locate a serial number or anything on any of the parts. Anyone able to eyeball this or any suggestions?

2012 JK Wrangler Sport 2dr, 6spd manual transmission
- 35" Les Schwab Open Range tires, Method 305 wheels
- Unknown lift kit and unknown suspension (I tried contacting Desert Concepts, but they said they never worked on this Jeep)
- Appears to be a stock Dana 30 front and stock Dana 44 rear, but I am unsure if there has been regearing. Unknown LSD, lockers? I believe LSD.
- I have an unknown switch by the steering wheel but it doesn't seem to affective handling (ie. locker)? Haven't been able to trace the wiring yet.
- K&N 77Series Metal Air Intake
- Some custom wiring for top mounted LED light bar and bumper mounted LED fog lights
- Smittybilt XRC winch
- An overly loud muffler

My modding wish list so far is mainly to focus on safety and performance, starting with brakes (parking/emergency brake does not engage and regular braking squeaks when mildly depressing pedal). Maybe replace the super loud muffler.

More than happy to provide more specific pictures for any parts!

No idea on the lift, but you will definitely want to find the lid for your TIPM so it isn't getting wet and shorting out. They are expensive to replace. The TIPM is the thing under the hood that has all the fuses and relays.

Looks like a rough county 4" lift. Drop pitman arm, drop rear track bar bracket, grey shocks. One of the older models. Low budget junk.
Looks like you should be planning on replacing a front drive shaft.

I appreciate the feedback, I’m still learning all about this. Noted on the low budget junk, I will keep a suspension upgrade higher on the wishlist. Can you elaborate on the front drive shaft? A specific issue you see or just a common replacement?

The amount of grease you can see around the flange ot the transfer case. Typically see that when the rubber boot on the joint fails and spins the grease out of the joint. Its just a matter of time until it fails. Looks like you have a stripe above the rear shaft as well.

Thanks for looking out! The lid is safe and sound, just opened up for the picture. It closes nice and securely.

At that height, the boot protecting the CV joint at the TC side will rip and allow all the grease to spew out, drying the joint and leading to failure. You can't really see the rubber boot, but you would be able to see a nice line of grease slung across the underside of the tub if and when it happens. It's just too steep of an angle for that factory shaft to run at.

Damn, spent too much time freezing my "eyeballs" off today working outside. Didn't even notice the lid was right there. Thank God I'm getting out of here before the temp drops to -13 with -40 windchills...............
