Default Lift and tires

Hey guys Im scrathing my head trying to figure out if I can get 37x12.5 under my rig with a 3.5" lift. Im re -gearing to 4.88s right now in preperation for the 37's . I already have modified front and rear fenders, im wondering if the back spacing and bump stops is all I need to work on..... Any ideas?

After looking at your profile I am thinking that 4.88's are not what you want you need 5.38's with your set up. 37's will fit just need to bang the rear pinch seam and cut 1-2" of your rubi rock rails and add bumpstops as needed. Your backspacing needs to be 4.75 or less. Hope this helps.

I found all of this out by searching this forum for weeks cause I have a RK 3.5 and 37's on the way!

I really dont want to go to 5.38s yet cause Im worried about highway driving. My group and I do a lot of highway driving to get to our wheeling spots.

Man check out the sticky for gearing chart you will see that 5.38's and 37's put you right back into stock RPM range. 4.88's are gonna make it a dog off road.

Get yourself a superchip with your gearing! I agree going with the 5.38 would deffinatley be better! Without the chip your automatic is gana be thrown off and your transmission will be shifting funny! Superchip will fix it rite up! One of the best investments so far! What 37s are you gana run? I love my 37 BFG KM 2s.

3.5 lift and flat fenders will give you pretty decent articulation but you can stuff them in with 3.5
