Lightbar Over The Windshield?
We need a bar that sits forward and low so we can still use our T- Tops as some of us don't run with rag tops ever.
The rectangular lights are low profile and so would be better suited (I think) to wind and low trees.
I've been look'n and look'n but not seen anything yet and am prolly gona end up building something. Ever since I added the 2 PIA's on the window I realised how much MORE light I want.
I'm thinking also of making a mount to sit on the front grill across the top using those same rectangular type lights, but not sure how it would look.
Another light problem I have is I need some good cargo lights for when I tow the trailer.
Yeh I know but its very small and very offroad and purpose built with 25 gallons of water, built in barbeque with 2 propane tanks. 50 gallon cooler on it. a big 'ol JOBOX for tents and so on AND built on picnic table holder and fishing rod storage. The whole thing is ugly as hell but allows quick and convenient 2 to 4 day camping trips while STILL managing to to trail rated!

It's sorta like having a station wagon back end on a Jeep. Only it bends around corners and ups and downs so you can still run in tight bumpy places.

realwheels.com has a stainless and a black one, 458 I think for the black, 650 for the stainless I believe. They emailed me that it would be available after SEMA. The pic they sent me showed the small oval lights, 5 I believe so I don't know if it has light tabs or if those lights come attached to it.

I like this light bar from Delta Tech: http://www.quadratec.com/products/12010_600.htm
It's for a TJ, though, and a tad bit expensive.

I have been looking at the same one. There was a JK at SEMA that had one. I contacted them about the JK version is this is what I got...
"SkyBars for JK are currently in production and should be available for
distribution within 10-14 days.

DELTA TECH INDUSTRIES, LLC"
14 days isn't long but I think this ones out already, unless Nelly dished out the cash for a custom lightbar. We know he has the money to do this but here is his light bar.

I have the Warrior Safari Rack, the front hoop can be bought and used as a stand alone light bar. It attaches to the top 2 bolts in the windshield brackets and has welded on mounts for 4 lights. Jeep 4x4 center sells just the front hoop for $140.00.
