Default Limb Risers

Any thoughts on limb risers...good...bad..etc.?

Anyone have them and they not make noise when going down the interstate?

Which ones do you have or recommend?

Do they make that big of difference?

I've got the River Raider Limb Risers. I've never noticed any noise but I do have 35s and a Gobi Stealth roof rack so I've already created a bit of noise. I haven't put them to much of a test but they've been on about two years without any noticeable wear from the elements.

Off-road Elements here. They will custom cut the length for you, and subtract parts you may not need (saving you money). Exceedingly high quality components and fabrication; worth the cost. No wind noise that I've ever noticed.

I got I set from off-road elements. They have great customer service. Easy to install no noise and I love the look and function of them

I loved mine on my last rig until I got turtled on a large rock and with all the flex in my body they pulled my windshield and hood out of Alighnment. I don't run them on my new rig for that reason....

Do you believe there would have been no damage if it weren't for the limb risers?

I truly do. I wheel my new one harder than i did my 07 and haven't had any issues. Pulled one side of the hood and windshield forward. We were able to get them back in shape without too much hassle. I knew something was wrong when I saw the passenger side riser was a little limp on the ride home. I have thought about running them again with a stiff spring to allow a little flex. I also think if they went to a Rack system and not my windshield frame I would have been better off.

How many times did a bird hit your Jeep?
It's "a bit" larger than 2 thin wires, and so are the odds.
