LineX teh Bumpers
I have a written guarantee for my grill and sahara bumper inserts from the LineX place that did mine. It may depend on the installer whether they want to stand behind it. You may want to bounce it off another installer.
I paid 225 for my SRC front bumper to be coated with LINE-X and it has been great realy held up well to some rocks and trees. The shop that did it would not warranty it due to surface rust remaining on the bumer after cleaning it up. So far 10 months later no issues.
powder coat or linex either is fine will both hold up well, personally i like the powder coat if the rite shop does it ... fine product. cant powder coat plastics at All due to the fact that it is put in an oven and baked at high temp. would disfigure a plastic fender pretty good

A related question is what others are doing if the get gouged pretty good. What do you guys do if they are say line x'd or powered coated. Not like you can just throw some touchup paint on there. I know it's a jeep and it shouldn't look perfect but can't leave bare metal exposed either. I heard a couple people using the rattle can spray on bed liner. Can't be as resilient but would be easy to touch up.

Line-X is far and away the toughest coating you can put on a bumper.
Powdercoat looks nice, but it's only "medium-strong" and rocks, road salt, even temperature cycling can cause it to chip & lift. You can't be powdercoat for bang for buck, but it's got nothing on Line-X.

Hera are the pics of the grill. I apologize for the delay, My father passed away very suddenly this week and I have been down in Florida. Dealing with the death of a parent is tough.

The painted grill looks great. Is the bumper sprayed with Line-x?
