yea you really can't flush mount them on the jk cause the giant square holes and the fact that the gate swings are sticking out so far unlike the yj that i have sitting in pieces in my garage. the body is 100 times different/ i have a few other design ideas im going to mess around with with a box instead or the round corner. im just doing the drawings right now them i am going to mock it up with cardboard and see what it looks like and if i like it ill make another set and see if they look better, for now im happy. I LOVE LED'S

damn, that's what I was afraid of on the corners, a big square hole, in that case maybe you wouldn't mind sharing some design drawings, sketches, specs, etc? I have access to a weld-shop and I know how to tig weld much less do bodywork. The key to making yours look so good is that you painted them. I love LEDs too, can't wait to get that mod out of the way.

i was thinking of the armored corners just not sure i want them black i would have to have them painted. but that is always another option to add to the list of ideas

these were the first ones i build and im not thebest at body work in fact i down right hate body work. i love welding and grinding though. but i always find ways to improve things i build and we will see what the end product will look like. i call this my test stage.

im not sure if your talking about my response but i don't know of any company that makes jk armor for the rear with round holes. they would not fit the factory tail lights. unless you made your own . and your still going to have the same problem mounting a circle on an uneven box.

sasquatch said he found one with round holes don't know where from though. any from an early model would not fit.
