A little shimmy
This is my first post over here had three other TJ's finally got to get the JK Unlimited 4" lift with 35's had the tires rebalanced and rotated and am still getting a little bit of a shimmy at around 70mph. there is a little bit of coping on the tires wondering what else I can do to correct this. It's pretty noticeable at highway speeds. BFG MT KM2

Yeah I couldn't believe it when I checked them and then I talked to the guy and he says you should definitely run 45. I said you're crazy and aired them down. I'll chalk test it and probably drop a few more psi. If I'm below 30 will my sensors trigger?

I'm getting the "shimmy" at 40-50 with my new 35" Wrangler MT/Rs and can't seem to get rid of it. Getting them replaced this morning. Certainly an unsettling feeling, especially at 70!
Did the shop look at your Jeep and think it looked like a 1-ton truck?! 45 is crazy high! I have had my MT/Rs in the 30-35 range and they seem to like it around 34-35. Much lower and they get really squishy for every day driving.
