Locker and LSD
I'm not familiar with that style of locker off hand. However, if it is a small locker that is designed to go into an open carrier then no. You have to get an open carrier, it will not work with the limited slip carrier. If it is a full size locking differential (that the ring gear bolts to), then it does not matter what differential is currently installed.
Either way the gears will need to be "realigned". And yes you will need to change both gear ratios at the same time.

Depends on which locker you get. If you get the "lunchbox" style, they replace the spider and pinion gears inside the carrier and are designed to fit only in an open carrier. However, a Detroit Locker will bolt right in with the gears you have now, as will the OX or ARB.

I think what your trying to get at denny is...if you replace your rear LSD with an Ox like you specify, it in and of itself will operate as an 'open' differential when not engaged, or 'locked'. The Ring gear you have currently can easily be swapped over to the new carrier or locker and installed relatively easily. That means however that you will no longer have LSD, because your replacing the entire unit.
..and yes, you will definately have to regear the front same as rear if you wish to keep your ride 4 wheel drive
