Default Locker questions

Hey yall,
I am looking to do some gears and thinking about lockers as well. Lunatic Customs is offering a sweet deal to do gears with an aussie front and a detroit rear.
It is my daily driver so I was wondering what exactly to expect with these?
Also, I am in mud just as much as rock, do these lockers excel in one or the other?
Thanks!

i would want a selectable lock if you can afford it. i would not be happy with a detroit in my daily driver. if you drive in snow on the road you will not be either.

I like mine, Lockright in front(same as Aussie) Detroit in the rear. Mines a DD. You get used to the clicking and clunks, and rear tire chirps, it's really not that bad.
Course I'm one who doesn't mind it.

So did you ever pull the trigger on those lockers? Curious...talking to Gerry about them now.
