What would entail on these expeditions? I had visions of the camel trophy flow past my brain lol I honestly love the lockers in my rubi, but what kind of tire (size and type) are you running (from the avatar picture they look like rubicon take offs kinda). I'm by no means and expert, but I have a good way of thinking outside the box. And a good amount of experience with 4x4s in general.

Clutch pack LSDs require a diff fluid with a friction modifier and they do wear meaning when you really need 4 driving wheels instead of 2 spinning and 2 hanging out at the BK cause the spinners (wheels or tires and rims or ...) have no traction and all the applied torque is grabbing air your LSD has given up where a locker won't.

Ive got 32" bf goodrich ultra grips. Theyre no amazing off road tire by any means but I find theyre very well rounded. Especiay since I still make a daily comute in the jeep. Still on stock rims also. Im,talking like deep woods arboreal expeditions. Id expect to get stuck in a moss bog more then need to crawl over rocks.

If money wasn't and option, either OX or ARB lockers. One great benefit of ARBs is the fact you're almost set for on board air. Lockers do help alot in mud, and some holes get rutted out and you get all flexed out in them. Are you going to push the jeep really hard off road or steer around the nasty holes?

Think uncharted territories. I fell in love with the middle of absolute nowhere while working the northern alberta oil fields. Ill be making my own trails.

I would lean more towards ARBs front and rear then. If you're going to be in the middle of no where, its better insurance.
