Default Loctite when installing wheel spacers

Just Wondering if I should use Loctite when I put on my wheel spacers

Yeah, I personally do not have spacers but have read that people also re-torque them when they rotate their tires as well.

Absolutely! You need to use RED LOCTITE when installing spacers. You sure as hell don't want those coming loose at 65 MPH flying down the freeway.

Yes you must. Use a torque wrench and then re-check ALL of them after 100 miles or so. I think some people even do it after 50 miles. I torqued mine to 95 ft-lbs and then have been checking them at 85 ft-lbs everytime I take my tires off, for whatever reason. I had one that was loose after the first 100 miles, so I completely removed it, added some more loctite and torqued it back down to 95. Nothing has been loose since, about 2500 miles, I think.

I put my spider trax 1.5s on 37k miles ago. I put the lock tight on, I have NEVER re torqued them. I actually tried to remove one with an impact wrench, I got all 4 nuts off the 5th would not move. Tires using a ratchet and broke it! I ended up putting the 4 nuts back on. Still good!
