Default LOD Bumper Clunk ?

I have a clunk in the rear passenger side of my Rubi. I hear it when that side of the jeep goes over bumps. I cant decide what it is, I have checked the seat and all of the suspension. I think I am down to the bumper, I have the LOD rear with tire carrier. Has anybody else had this noise? what was the fix?

Wonder when they'll get their design right.

Your LoD bumper is making contact with the tub on the passenger side. Check the top of the bumper where it's under the bottom roll of the tub. You'll probably find bare metal spots where metal has hit metal. Can almost guarantee this. I've had to remove my bumper and grind/cut some metal away so this doesn't happy. Really unhappy with the fact that I had to "fab" a brand new product.

Holy crap! You are right. its rubbing on it.! That f%$#!@ bumper was difficult the first time I installed it. I dont want to do this again. Hopefully I wont need to grind much. Are these things made in their garages? Mental note to anybody considering buying one of these............message me or use the search option for my LOD troubles.!!!!!!!
