Default LoD Bumper Parts

So, the shop just finished with the install of my LoD rear bumper. Does anyone know why these parts are for? LoD did not include instructions and they apparently do not answer the phone. I am not really happy with the powder coating either. You can see it peeling off these parts and there are two spots on the bumper already peeling.

That bigger piece on the left is the the tow chain bracket where you clip your safety chains for utility trailers. This slips underneath the bumper and utilizes 2 of the bolts on the bumper. The other bracket looks like it attaches to the swing gate (tire carrier) to bump up against the rubber stop on the swing(tail) gate but I can't remember and don't have the JK at work to verify that smaller piece. I am sure someone will chime in on the smaller piece.

Have the same issue w/ powder coating! The smaller piece keeps the spare tire from rattling. I’ll take a picture later this afternoon!

I thought the smaller bracket was for the ones that rested up against the rubber stops on the swing(tail) gate to snug up the tire carrier...glad someone chimed in to jog my memory!
