Default LOD Mid Width and stock tires

Is anyone running the LOD mid width bumper and stock Rubicon tires? Just wondering if this would make the tires look too small in comparison to the bumper. Have been thinking about a full width but lately the mid width has been growing on me. Won't be getting new tires anytime soon.

I think it would look good. Definitely better than stock. Only thing to consider will be the weigh difference as it may sag the stock springs some

I have a Rubicon so should have the stronger springs already. Also, I have already installed a 1" spacer in front. So I think I'm good on the sag. At least from what I have read so far. Just wasn't sure the mid width would work with the stock tires. Thanks for the info.

If you already have a spacer than you are good. I personally prefer the look of a mid width bumper and have one myself

I'll take a pic of my 2012 for you and post in an hour or so. Have the mid front with stock tires for now. Def sagged the front with the bumper and 9.5 cti winch! But it looks awesome!!!!

What levelers did you do? What size?

Thanks for the pics. Just the info I was looking for. I have a Teraflex 1" spacer in the front. I have a winch with synthetic line so I should be ok.

Looks good. Think I will go with the mid width instead of the full width.

Your very welcome.

Very happy that I did the mid-width! The bumper is heavy duty! I installed it myself with an ATV floor jack that has a platform type head. Was easy to do with that otherwise you will need a buddy that can lift over 100lbs (prior to the winch). The bumper came shipped in a 2x3 wood create. So hope you are handy with a hammer and a pry bar! LOL Great shipping method for this big a$$ item.

Good luck!

Did you by chance weight before installing? I have heard the full width is 90 lbs and I thought I had heard that the mid was about 66 lbs. But I have been looking at so many bumpers lately that I may have the numbers wrong.

I think I see a skid plate installed. How was this to install? I'm still debating on the skid plate. Most likely I will do this also.
