LoD mid-width +winch install...
Can one person do it? I'm getting the bumper tomorrow, had the winch for a month now. Anyway, can i install everything by myself? i have nothing to do, so i might try to intall it tomorrow. my wife can help me just a little bit, bring some tools and beer pretty much
i can get her to hold something if not too heavy...
If i have to install the winch on the bumper first, then i won't try it, but if i can install the bumper then drop my winch in, it might be possible. don't you think?
anyway, like i said, it's Lod mid-width bumper and Warn Power Plant...

I did it by myself and used the box from the winch to help support it, it's not too bad but takes a little muscle, it would be much easier with 2 people, but not impossible with one. Good luck, take your time and have fun with it.

And it looks like a really tight fit there...
another thing i forgot to ask.
i'm thinking about welding the bolts on the winch
Just for security, i live in a big city...
My stepbrother is a welder/fabricator, he's got about $10k worth of tools and machines at home.. I'm trying to get him to make me a custom rear bumper...
Should i weld the winch on, or the whole damn thing?
