LoD Rear Bumper & GOBI Rack compatibility?
Anyone have this setup? Any fitment issues with the rear GOBI brackets? I've been running my GOBI rack for a couple years with the stock bumper and just recently bought a used LoD gen2 bumper/carrier. I know the GOBI website says they're compatible but I wanted real world opinions/advice.
Thanks!

Great to hear! Thanks for the quick response. I assume the bolts were long enough through the frame, bumper and GOBI mounts? Also, any issues with lowering the top w/ the tire carrier on? Do you have to swing it open a bit to lower the rack?
I have the Gobi rack and just ordered the LoD front and rear 3rd gen bumpers with the whole rear carrier works. From what it sounds like, I won't know if there are any issues for another 8 weeks or so! I hate that it takes so long to get the LoD stuff! As a side note, I just removed the rack to install a hard top... I have to leave it off too, until my Warrior rear corner armor pieces arrive (also on back order). I hope the extra thickness of the armor doesn't cause interference with the Gobi pillars; the little rubber body pads won't be needed anymore, that's for sure. I hope all this stuff works together as planned!

I'll try to post pics of how some of the key mounting parts fit together. Hopefully I can tackle this install tomorrow if the weather permits (I don't have a garage).

Yes those are the ones...I received the LED tail lights already, but no armor. I'm just covering up all the dents from the previous owner....warrior makes a product for each trouble spot, and this jeep has a dent of some level at all of them! Got the rocker panels coming too. Did the 3 piece cowling armor a couple of days ago...it was crazy drilling holes right into body panels for rivets. So whatever cutting is needed for the tail lights shouldn't be too scary to me now. We're past the point of no return! Installed bushwhackers pocket flares last weekend....what a pain those were! I can post pics of the results so far, but don't want to hijack your thread any more than I already have-

I've got bushwacker flats too, yes they're a pain... and PSC body armor which required drilling 42 holes into the body. That took me a lot of courage.
