On the LODs, how is the logo put on there? Is it paint or an emblem I could take off?

The graphic designer in me won't like having the big ugly silver LOD letters on the bumpers!

No experience with LOD but it is a good looking bumper.

This is my second jeep with a Shrockworks rear bumper and tire carrier. Both Shrockworks were rock solid with no rattles. Installed it a couple weeks back. I waited two months to get it.

What I like:
1. Rock solid protection
2. Integrated hitch
3. Looks good
4. Adjustable tire mount so I can mount the tire low for increased visibility out the rear window.

What I don't like:
1. Lack of Rotopax mounts. (I am looking to utilize another vendor's, Reb. off-Rd. or LOD's RotoPax mounts)

2. ORO third brake light and license plate relocation set up.

I like the Shrockworks, but again it is all I have had and both have done their job.

I'd have to double check, but pretty sure it's just screwed in...will confirm when I get off my lazy ass and walk outside.

It's riveted on. You can easily remove it. I like the look of it though!

Im ok with the letters but suggest you culd black rustoleum em and would be tough to even see then. Of course, could just call Chris at lod and ask for without lod tag - just miht take longer.

I just emailed the guys at Shrockworks to get clarification on things (couple weeks back) and they told me they have added capacity, people, and deliveries are about 2 maybe 3 months right now. They make to order so they don't have any sitting on the shelf. I know a couple people running them on Sami's and JK's. To me, nothing better. Getting gears n other stuff done now but the rear is definitely coming. Just wish they made a full width front, similar to the AEV. Can't quite talk'em into it yet!

I was able to pick up a Shrockworks rear bumper and tire carrier through Screaming Lizard when I first installed my lift. No wait. I love it! I later ordered a front bumper straight from Shrockworks and waited 2 months before cancelling it. Ended up getting the LOD shorty with stinger. It's a great bumper too. Looks like LOD might use thinned metal and their welds aren't as nice, but overall it works like it should. LOD was able to match the Shrockworks powdercoat.
