Default LoD Stubby versus Midwidth

I'm having a hard time with the pro's/con's of each. I like the way they both look, with exception of the stubby sticking out quite a bit up front.

I've got a 2dr with LoD stubby rear and my LoD sliders are on the way. Does anyone have any input on which is better or worse and why?

Thanks.

True the stubby sticks out 15 with a roller fairlead. I swaped over to a hawse fairlead brought it out to a liitle over 13 and have little or no rub on waterfalls with lift and tire combo. I personally like the stubby for the type of wheeling I do. I am even considering getting a stubby stinger to replace my stubby. I don't like the looks of the mid width myself

Dont think there is a better. I just like looks of mid plus i like protection and features like fogs.

I think I'll go with the stubby just for the clearance. Good idea about the hawse fair lead instead of the roller.

Consider going to synthetic and hawse for safety.

I was gonna get the mid-width but ultimately decided on a stubby with stinger. Looks killer and I'm very happy with my choice. I have the syn line and hawse.

I say get the stubby. That's the one I was going to get until I decided to get the expedition one core series instead which is between a stubby and a mid
