the teraflex system is real nice and, so long as you can weld, is a real easy install. i see no reason why it couldn't work on a crd.

I ran Tera LAs on my TJ...great choice

As soon as I pick up my Rubi U in June...I'm 99% likely going to install Tera LAs again (maybe with ORE COs)...

Teraflex: first choice but hesitant due to the upper control arm bracket issues I've been reading about. Waiting to see if there's a fix for that from their R&D.
FYI a additional bracket will be coming out soon and better instructions. Too many shops are not welding hot enough or welding enough contact points between the bracket and the frame. I have the 2nd TeraFlex LA kit that was made, and so far all my brackets are fine 38,000 miles later.

The full traction kit is a complete bolt on kit. We use existing holes in the frame to line up the long arm brackets. You simply bolt the bracket in place and drill out the holes. If you have any questions send me a pm.

this is a total newbie question, but why a long arm upgrade? I have upgraded my springs, shocks, bump stops, relocated track bars, new adjustable trackbars for recenter, and sway disconnects...runnign 35s with a 4" lift. I know all that remains for a full suspension mod is the control arms, but I really dont understand the benefit other than to adjust the geometry...I know this is probably a opinion question, but is it worth the money? Perhaps I am being ignorant to the real upsides to replacing the control arms. Help for a dummy?

Not worth the money unless you want extreme. Short arms are just fine as long as you stay with a 5 inch lift or less (at least get adjustable control arms). Again, its a luxury item I think.....
