Default Looking for a Bumper that

Has holes for mounting lights, where a winch can be mounted, D ring mounts, and full width but allows maximum approach angle of tire. Loop not necessary but wouldn't hurt. Around $700 or below is good since its gonna be scratched and banged up.

I haven't really seen that many full width bumpers in my area since every runs a stubby.

What do you guys recommend?

Reason why I want a full width is that if I get involved in an accident with say a pick up that the bumper will take the hit instead of my wheels.

Did you check out the front bumper comparison thread?

https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...PER-comparison

The guy who started it was bringing the info posted forward to the first post but hasn't done it in a while so you should go through the whole thing. Take a look at the most recent post, it looks like it fits at least some of your wants. It definitely rises up high by the wheels for added approach clearance.

That is the type I like does that have holes on the loop so that the lights go under the loop for lights?

The lights can be mounted under depending on size. Best bet is to get the bumper and winch first and then measure the room left for lights.

Btw, my vote goes to LoD.

The Warn Rock Crawler seems close to what you're looking for. I've run one for about 3 years. Its very heavy and now due for some touch-up paint but it's done what I want it to.

Yeah I was looking at that one last night can you order one and not buy it with winch guard? I'm looking to just buy the bumper and install a different winch guard.

Hmm, mine doesn't have a winch guard and I don't remember it as an option either way when I bought it so I'm not sure what the choices are for adding one.
