This all comes down to wants/needs, I personally didn't care if I retained my fog lamps but I wanted to be able to mount a winch and I wanted a stubby. My choices came down to EVO and poison spyder brawler lite. I choose EVO because I wanted my winch sunk down into the bumper to help with air flow & added protection.

Well that makes sense...thanks. I don't care about the fog lights either......but I don't plan on getting a winch.....and I dont really want a hole in my bumper that would never get filled, you know for aesthetic purposes. Thanks for your input

If you know for a FACT you'll never get a winch I'd remove all bumpers with a sunken winch mount area off your list.

That's the thing, I'm new to the jeeping world, and I plan on only going off roading a handful of times a year. I don't really see the need for a winch. If that's the case, do you have any suggestions for bumpers without a winch hole, other than the PSC? Thanks for your time!

If you are leaning towards the Smitty, go get the Rugged Ridge.., same concept that Smitty stole (modular), you get beefier D rings, you get to keep you factory fogs, and the fog light opening has a built in guard,

I like it, I usually like shorter bumper, but that one is nice. I like the position of the fogs too. Different from the stock placement. Thanks!

I was in the maket a few months ago and I went with the JCR, they also have one with the sunken winch plate. As someone told me I hope this makes you choice harder, in a nice way lol. Good luck on which ever you go with.

I like it. Not a big fan of that fair lead tab though, especially since I won't be getting a winch any time soon, if at all. It'd probably be pretty easy to grind that off... I'll keep it in mind, thanks!
