I ordered the rock krawler stock mod lift. I am about to order my 16s and 35 duratracs but want to make sure that the 16x8 black rocks with 4.25 bs will work, and what issues if any I should encounter? If 4.5 would be better who makes some 16s that look like the soft 8s for a jk with 4.5 bs. thanks ahead of time guys

Backspace on stock wheels is 6.25. The lower the number, the further the wheel/tire is moved out of the wheel well. Most mfg's are recommending a "4.50 or less" for 35x12.50's. So assuming you don't have tire coverage laws to worry about, you will be fine with the 4.25's.

They'll work fine. As someone else said, they want 4.5" or less (numerically lower) so 4.25" is perfect.
