My vote is for the Procomp Xterrain A/T. Super quiet on road, good enough for all most off road.

Cooper STTs. Lightweight and quiet. Also, great offroad traction. Costs less too.

KM2's They have been great!

Had the 33's went up to the 35's low noise on the street and have worked great on the trail.

well they were rated really good on tirerack. forget how many miles they said but check out tire rack and you can look at a bunch of tires side by side and see tread life and stuff. they got great reviews. also my friend has the BFG bud terrains and he has had then forever and they still have plenty of tread on them.

I thought they were beasts.... with the only down side being, they are loud...

I think the 40 - 50 thousand mile requirement kinda throws a wrench on them....and lots of others that have been mentioned here.
