Question Looking for a good onboard Compressor...

I know this has been talked about before but I am having trouble finding a thread that tells me what I want to know.

I'm looking for a good onboard compressor that is also quite!

Any pro's or con's on different types would be greatly appreciated!

Reliability, ease of installation, ease of use...etc...

Thanks

Default ARB Compressor

Here is an install write up for the ARB compressor. I don't have this on my rig......yet. But I do know a guy with it and he seems pretty happy with it.

And here is a link to the kit at Northridge 4x4.

very happy with me ARB. it runs my front and rear lockers, plus gives me the air for tires. once i get a tank setup, will have the volume and pressure to rum small air tools if need be.as far as being quiet, well air compressors arent really that. what helped me was installing it ubder the hood, that seem to cut down on noise substantially.

I just read the write up...I'm sold. It's small and out of the way. Easy install as well. It's mine!

I'm happy that I could help you. I'm looking forward to the day that I get that setup up on my rig.

After you do the install please let me know if run into any issues that you run in to so I can be prepared. Hope it all goes smoothly.
