Default Looking for new tires

I have been looking at 33's for the last week or so and I am just as lost as I was before.

So far I like these 3.
1. Dick Cepek Mud Country 33-12.5-17 $269
2. BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 285-70-17 $240
3. Firestone's Destination M/T 285-70-17 $259

So tell me what you think.

Are u getting these tires for looks or use? What type of use? My friend runs the DCs and he really likes them. I have the bfg km2. I love those. In the mud he does a little better then me, when we hit the rocks it feels that I have an advantage. No expierence with the other tire though.

I am putting Mickey Thompson MTZs on my rig, 33x12.5x17. I like Cooper tires, and both Mickey Thompson and Dick Cepek are Cooper brands. Of the tires you mention, I would go with the DC. For me it was down to the MTZ or Cooper STT, but any Cooper will be quality

I am really looking for something that will look good and get good tread life. I have never been in the mud, that will change when I get tires and a winch.

Like I said, I went with the MTZs. Its between an all terrain and a mud terrain. Good street manners and really good off road performacnce. Cooper STTs is another good tire

I really like the km2 and the price is really good. They have it in stock and all the other places have to order it and they want $299

It looks like the km2's are going to be my new tires.

For the people that have km2 and the mud country's what kind of mileage do you get out of these two?

Does anyone have Maxxiss Buckshot Mudders? I found some at a really good price and I don't want to throw away my money if there not any good.

Can't comment on the buckshots, but you should check out the Bighorns. A bit more street friendly than the buckshots, siped and stud-able, great reviews, and about $100 less per tire than the KM2 and MTR/K. (my 315/75/16's were $170ish each, vs $270 each for the other two)
