You profile indicates a manual? 34's, with a roughly 33-33.5" actual height? Any plans to go bigger?

With a 6spd and 35's, 4.88's are popular. What is right for you will depend on the actual size of your tires, your upgrade plans, where you live, how you drive, etc, etc. Check your current rpm's, then plug some numbers into the chart in the faq's to see what you think.

I'll go see what RPMs iam running down the roads. And I do want to end up with 37s in the future. But for the mean time iam running 35'. If I regear to what ever gears I end up getting will my jeep motor be screaming down the road or not?

The jeep likes 2400-2500 at 70 mph. That's what you wanna shoot for.
I did 1750 miles across the U.S. And got 18.2 mpg with 37 trail grapplers and 5:38's with 4.5 inches of lift.

I have 35s and an auto. I went with 5.13 gears and wouldn't go differently . It seemed like a big jump from 3.73 but I'm happy with it. It runs about 2400 at 70 but there's no lag around town and hills don't slow me. I was planning ahead for 37s possibly and I like it.

Auto or manual transmission? If you have an auto and want to go to 37's get 5.38's. I have an auto, 315/75/17 running 5.13 and it's good but would get doggish with 37's. Keep in mind with people's suggestions is that we (I'm in ABQ) are at high altitude with mountains so going lower is the way to go.

With auto tranny and 5.13's I run 2450 rpms at 70mph.

I have an 09 with 37's on 4.11's. With auto. I actually can drive fast since my engine runs at 2100 at 80 but that is when the road is flat!

That is why you plug numbers into the chart - to compare the expected rpm's to what you are running now. (you are getting a lot of advice from people with auto's. Remember that they have different gearing needs than you do...)

Some examples from the chart:
(Stock 3.8 6-spd rubi driving off the dealers lot - 32's and 4.10's)
31" actual height, 4.10's = 2614 rpm @ 70

(upgrade to 35's and 4.56's)
34" actual height, 4.56's = 2651 rpm @ 70

(upgrade to 37's and 5.13's)
36" actual height, 5.13's = 2741 rpm @ 70

Fairly easy to get a decent idea of where you'll be, but you still need to factor in a bit for the larger/heavier tire, loss of aerodynamics, added weight from any other additions, your typical driving style, where you live, lighter 2door vs heavier 4door, etc, etc.
