Maybe AEV can get hold of something like that for you though. They have the military style wheels shown on their J8 conversions I think.

But I doubt you'll get anything in 18" rim size. Another problem being the bolt pattern I think is different on the J8.

I have some like that, in a 16.5" wheel. I almost painted these white. I had wagon wheels on before these.

These are 17 and I think could be pretty close if you painted them white. For the money they are not bad if that is what you are looking for.
