Default Loose Draglink cause of Wobble?

So I installed a lift about a week ago. I made sure to loosen everything and torque to spec on the ground except for the draglink ends. I didnt read anything that said to. I was on the freeway today and hit a hard bump on a slight turn. The tires wobbled hard for about 3 seconds then stopped. I pulled over to take a look and pulled on the draglink. It doesnt have any play at the ends but twists a little bit. I turned around and drove home with no problems. I checked everything else and everything was still torqued. Except for the lug nuts. They were pretty loose. I tried to loosen the draglink to take a look at the bushings but I cant get it off. The bolt spins with the nut. I went back on the road to see if the lug nuts were the cause. I went over the same bump at 70 with no wobble. I read planman's writeup and it was helpful, everything else looks good, so thats whats brought me to the draglink.

So to my question. Is the play in the draglink normal? If not, how to I remove it? Could the somewhat loose lug nuts be the cause of the wobble?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Being able to twist the drag link is normal. Same for the tie rod.
There should be no vertical play at the joints.

Loosen and retorque the drag link at the knuckle to 63 ft/lbs, and at the pitman to 77 ft/lbs.
See if the bolt still turns with the nut using moderate effort. Don't try to force it.

There is no play in the trackbar at all. Or any play in the ends of the draglink, just some twist. So if the twist is normal with the ends not moving it's ok? Can I contribute the wobble to loose lug nuts? It seemed to be the source. I just don't want to assume it was that and have problems later on.
