Default At a loss here

As some of you have followed along my front and rear build I ran into a slew of issues thanks to everything being rusted solid. Put everything back together and had a squeal from the passenger side front. Easy enough brake shields were hitting so those got thrown in the garbage. Then I had the g2 trackbar bracket issue. Simple fix welded the oblong hole. Then I get another squeak from the passenger side front and decided to replace the front unit bearings, then a bad abs sensor simple had extras. Throw my 15” procomp wheels on that never rubbed anything before and now both front wheels are rubbing the caliper awesome. Took a little bit off the calipers where they were hitting not much maybe 1/16 to 1/32 a quarter inch square. Now it developed yet another squeak on the passenger side when i turn left or right. Ripped that side apart checked everything. I have to be missing something here. I will say that the passenger side axle did not want to come free from the unit bearing. Lots of penetrating oil, my 12 ton press with some smacks on the top from a bfh and after about two hours of going back and forth it finally broke free. I decided not to use heat because I didn’t want to damage the unit bearings which I ended up replacing anyways.
Here is what was done to it during the rebuild.

Front trussed gusseted and welded on trackbar weld in axle sleeves from Barnes that had to be cut down to fit the factory ten or whatever axle seals, teraflex heavy duty ball joints, arb front diff with 5.13 gears. I’m sure I’m missing some stuff. U joints look fine however it is an 08 with 95k mikes on it and it does get wheeled, but not too hard haha. Any ideas suggestions recommendations anything I may have possibly missed that should be rechecked or gone over I would appreciate any help. I did torque everything to spec put about 100 miles on it and checked the torque on everything which was fine.

Does it happen when driving or stationary?
If it happens only when the Jeep leans check sway bar

it happens when driving. Lifted the front tires off the ground spun the wheel no noise. Took the tires off checked everything spun the unit bearings no noise. Had vehicle running and didn’t make a peep. The other issue I have is on the same side sounds like a heat shield is rattling, but it’s intermittent and won’t do it while it’s running and stationary. I checked the heat shields and they are not loose at all.

I’m out of ideas, I can understand your frustration.
maybe a video or having someone drive it slowly while you walk beside it?

It seems to have resolved itself and stopped. No clue what was causing it.

it has done it for two years and I finally got sick and tired of it. When I rebuilt the axle housings and what not I checked for anything that could make that noise. Spent a good amount of time ripping stuff apart putting it back together driving it. Then ripping it apart again. I got tired of anyone who would ride with me asking what the noise was and just saying it’s a jeep and turning up the radio.

Same issue here, I've concluded that the upper control arms on the front of the jeep are attached or near the heat shield. so when the jeep hits a bump the shield rattles even thought it's attached. So until we replace the upper control arms, we'll have to deal with this small rattle that vibrates back to the gas peddle. However I will add, best check your engine mounts.
