It depends where you live, I'll never see that here in Pittsburgh. Mine is anywhere between 12-15 city with 33's, auto, 3.73 gears, and a Procal. I'm sure where it's completely flat I'd probably gain 2 mpg's. Driving style plays a roll too, I try to coast to stop signs and red lights and have gotten 16 city whereas my gf drops it to 11 city with her sports car style driving.

I agree. I think it also depends on the gas you use. For example, we have a 10% ethanol blend here in CA, and I get less MPG than equivalent Jeeps in other parts of the country.

35s @40 PSI, 5.13 gears, Superchips = 15.3MPG overall and 17.8MPG on a flat highway with CC set to 67MPH. Most driving at sea level, 75 degrees F, and relatively few hills.

Holy smokes! 40psi? I'll bet that's pretty rough! I run 30 on mine and I want it lower... That's if I didn't mind tread wear and some mpg.

Yes, 40PSI. And it sucks! But the difference in MPG is like 2-3.

My dash is telling me 16 city driving with my newly installed 35's on the 13 JKU. I drive like my grandmother and glide to the stop lights for about a 1/4 mile at a time. My driving is flat as I am in south jersey. I didnt use a procal yet, so who knows what will happen.

You will not see the same fuel economy with 35's as you will running stock, but a tuner/procal and regear will help.

40 psi rides rough but will decrease your rolling resistance a bunch, reduce heat build up and increase your MPG. Yes it might wear a little more in the center. If it rides too rough maybe you could trade your Bad Ass lifted Jeep in on your grandma's Caddy. Just messing with you all on the trading in part. But I feel the 40psi is worth the rough ride you feel the power difference and see the savings at the pump.
