Default Loud bang from front end on sharp bumps

I have a TF 3" lift with full control arms that I put on about a month ago. I ran it for a couple of weeks and everything was great. I put on a JKS front adjustable track bar to true up the front end and then noticed a sharp metal on metal banging when I hit a hard bump. I can trigger it by hitting a speed bump at 10 mph or so (hard enough to compress quickly and sharply) but not under any normal conditions. I am not overly worried about it but if I have something wrong I want to get it fixed. I think it is driver's side and looking at the coil I notice it is bowed into the frame as well as aft (which I think is correct.) The passenger is bowed forward but not into the frame. I am wondering if the coil is bowing further under compression and contacting the frame. I don't see any damage or feel any burrs on the frame or coil. The axle is centered properly now (using a straight edge measure to fender) but it did move to the passenger side for correction. Any ideas what might be going on or thoughts on how to diagnose it?

I attached a couple pictures but the quality ain't great and they uploaded sideways. Don't know how to fix that.
