I bought a 2007 sahara 2 door a while ago. It has 31 inch tires, and what looks like a 2 inch spacer with lower bumpstop extensions. My question is is can I take the lower bumpstop extension out and have more travel since I only have 31 inch tires?

 

Depends on the rest of your setup.

Disconnected, with 32" tires and just shy of 4 inches of lift, my coils would fully compress and the tires contacted the front flares hard enough to rip them off.

So before ripping the front end apart to get them out, do some thinking about how everything will function without those stops.

 

I forgot to add that I have 1.5 inch wheel spacers.
