Default lower control arms need help

Hello everyone!!! This is my first post and I'm asking for help. I recently installed a skycrapper 4 inch lift and have since bought the Teraflex Adjustable Lower Control Arms. Teraflex says 24 inches on the Driver side and 24 1/8 on the Passenger. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the axle to move forward because as of right now the best I can get is 23 1/2 inches pulling with ratchet straps. I have tried jackin from the axle and with a cherry picker on the front Tow hook. Thanks in advance for any tips.

did you try putting a jack under your Yoke to roll the axle into place?

Stock is like 22.5" I believe, with factory upper arms I'd go about 23" to 23.25" and test drive it.
With stock upper arms the 23" number is almost always very close.

very good, that a nice trick to use adjusting your caster, you can basically roll the axle any direction easily
