Default Lowering jeep too high

Hey guys due to regulations of my country i will have to lower it from 3.5 to 2.5! Is the rock krawler mid arm flex 3.5 compatible with 2.5 coils and billesteins 5100 shocks?

If the control arms are adjustable I wouldnt see why not? As for the Bilsteins 5100 shocks you can always go bigger on shocks just never smaller.

What measurement are they taking maybe there is a fix for it like bumper brackets or rock rails that could get you below the limit.

Don't cut the springs. The are progessive rate springs.

What i meant was where do they measure from during the inspection a few states have bumper height restrictions here but people just bracket the bumper lower to make the proper height, what size tires do you have maybe putting on a small set can get you there and then replace after inspection.
