Exclamation Lug Centric Question on Cragar Rims?

I know there are a lot of posts on this subject but I did not find my exact issue. I have some Cragar v-5's, 15x8...which are lug centric. I want to know has anyone had issue with these, assuming your using the correct conical lugs and tightening techniques?

The v-5's have the same hub diameter as the soft 8's, so it would be the same for either I would imagine. I want to know because I do not think wheel centers will work with hub rings? Has anyone tried this with success? If not what kind of wheel centers are using with hub rings?

Overall I just want to know if it is okay to use these rims with no hub rings? I already have the rims so that is a done deal. Also, assuming it is okay to go without hub rings....would I have issues with a 1/8" spacer or would that be too dangerous? I would not need anything larger than that.

Thanks in advance!

Also please let me add I am not getting ready for hard core rock climbing. This is my daily driver. a few times a year I take it to CO and hit some light trails or some mud holes here in NE.
