Default Lug Nut Question...

Will OEM lug nuts work with Mickey Thompson Classic III wheels? OE wheels are hub centric, whereas the M/T's are lug centric so I'm assuming this may play into the equation. I don't want to use the OE's if they are not the correct lugs for the application but also don't want to spend additional loot if not necessary. Thanks in advance.

OEM lug nuts are 1/2"-20 with 60 degree taper. As long as the seats on the MT wheels are 60 degrees you shouldn't have any issues.

The lug wrench that comes with the jeep won't fit in the holes for the lugs though. I used a 19mm socket on a 1/2" drive wrench with a 6" extension.

I now keep that in the jeep instead of my tool cabinet
